Booking and shop management

A West Valley barbershop

A branded booking experience that connects the customer journey with the shop's daily operating needs.

The challenge

Start with the operating problem.

The shop needed more than a generic appointment calendar. Customers needed a fast mobile booking path, while barbers and the owner needed one dependable view of availability, appointments, time off, and shop settings.

The approach

Design around how the work happens.

The work began with the real scheduling rules: shop hours, barber availability, service duration, buffer time, blocked periods, and appointment conflicts. Those rules became the foundation for a responsive web application designed around both guests and staff.

What was built

  • Owner controls for hours, staff, services, and booking settings
  • Email confirmations, reminder support, and private calendar feeds
